Checkin & Checkout
Check-in is between 15:00 and 19:00.
Checkout is by 10:00. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged on request but cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of your stay are non-refundable.

No guests permitted beyond the two people booked.

ID/Passport copies for both guests are required before check-in
- The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in and you will require ID verification to check in to the accommodation.
- Full payment to be paid by the day of check-in before checking into the room, online or at reception.

EFT payment will not be accepted 48 hours before arrival. If proof of payment is provided during this period, full payment via cash or card machine will still be required on arrival. Once the EFT payment reflects in the account, the surplus funds will be refunded.
- We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.

No hard alcohol allowed on the property.
- Strictly no smoking or vaping allowed on the property (an extra cleaning fee will be charged if signs of smoking are detected).
- Quiet hours & curfew from 23:00 to 06:00 (special arrangements can be made).

- Infinite Studio, the building, its employees and owners will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage incurred whilst you are a guest at our accommodations.
- You will alert us immediately should anything arise that pertains to the running of the accommodation such as, but not limited to, plumbing and drainage issues, appliance malfunctions, security concerns etc.
